Investments in established growing companies are by far the most popular way to save for retirement and other long term goals. The stocks and bonds of these companies offer liquidity, growth potential, current income and the ability to diversify even small amounts of money worldwide. Historically security investments have proven to be one of the most effective ways to create wealth. However, all markets fluctuate in value with worldwide economic cycles and to be prepared for the inevitable weak markets every investor should follow a disciplined investment strategy. This website describes my strategy, explains how I work for investors and outlines the areas where my services can be very different from other advisors.
Performance Tracking Investment Management is based on the following core beliefs.
Tracking the actual performance for investors, over many different time periods, for a wide range of funds within the same market or sector is the most effective way to discover the best managers.
Building portfolios using No-Load Mutual Funds and Index Funds will be more consistently profitable for most investors than using individual stocks and bonds.
Diversifying a portfolio into growth and income producing investments using different market sectors worldwide is the best way to have both consistent growth and reduced investment risk.
A flat management fee is much better for investors than an unlimited fee based on a percentage of all assets.
I have been in the securities business as a broker and branch manager since 1974 and as an independent Registered Investment Advisor since 1991. I work for investors to manage their IRA’s, individual, joint, custodial, business and trust accounts. My practice is subject to all the regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. |
